Our foundation was the recipient of donations received through Calvary’s Temple’s annual Singing Christmas Tree as local artist Weiming Zhao captured the event with his beautiful paintings. Following the presentation at the Temple, the paintings were sold through a silent auction with the proceeds dedicated to local charities. Mr. Zhao is an acclaimed artist having created a portfolio of almost 4,000 paintings and his beautiful works have graced many galleries, exhibits, art collections, and the homes of many admirers. Thank you to all who contributed to this special evening and for the generosity given to Westman Dreams for Kids.
We also thank Stan and Donna Yaskiw family of Birtle, along with their friends, for their donations gathered through their annual Memorial Grey Cup Pool held in memory of their son Tate. The Yaskiw family annually hosts this event and each year our foundation has been the recipient of their generosity from the event.
